(1) The Department shall conduct the act of passport personalization by processing the personal details of the applicant certified by the concerned body and received with the application for the passport also with the means of technology.
(2) The Department shall prepare and place securely the electronic record of passports, travel documents and seamans passports in a format as prescribed.
(3) The details of the travel documents and seamans passports issued by the mission shall be sent to the Department in each three months.
